Privacy notice
How personal information is handled when you visit the website or contact us.
Last updated: 12 October 2026
1. Controller and scope
The controller is Metaspace Innovation and Technology Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság, with registered office at 2060 Bicske, Szent István út 5., Hungary; company number 07-09-036127; Hungarian tax number 32665062-2-07. Privacy contact: info@metaspaceit.com.
This notice covers visits to this business website and enquiries initiated from it. Data protection and processing arrangements for client projects are defined separately before the relevant service begins.
2. Website delivery and technical information
The hosting provider may process your IP address, request time, requested address, response status, browser and device information, and any referring page sent by your browser. The purposes are delivering the website, troubleshooting and protecting the service.
For technical processing determined by the website operator, the legal basis is legitimate interests under GDPR Article 6(1)(f): operating the website and preventing misuse. Rackhost’s own security processing is governed by its own notice. This website contains no analytics or advertising tracking scripts.
3. Email enquiries
If you email us, we receive your email address, any name and business contact information you provide, and the content of the message and attachments. We use these to answer your enquiry, communicate with you and prepare a proposal.
When an individual or sole trader asks us to take steps towards their own contract, the legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b). For a business representative or a general enquiry, the basis is Article 6(1)(f); our legitimate interests are handling business communication and answering incoming questions.
Providing information is voluntary. Without a reply address and enough information to understand the enquiry, we may be unable to respond. Email links open your own email application; there is no data-submission form on this website.
4. Retention criteria
Enquiries are kept for the time needed to resolve the question and close the discussion. Further retention depends on whether a contract follows, a statutory record-keeping obligation applies, or specific correspondence is needed to handle a legal claim. Information that is no longer needed must be deleted or anonymised; closed enquiries are not to be retained indefinitely.
Technical-log retention is determined by the time needed for troubleshooting and security investigations, the hosting service’s logging and backup cycles, and any relevant incident or legal obligation. Copies remaining in provider backups are overwritten according to the applicable backup cycle. You can contact us for information about the retention of a particular enquiry or log record.
5. Access and service providers
Authorised people acting for the company may access information needed to handle correspondence. Website hosting and email are provided by Rackhost Zrt., 6722 Szeged, Tisza Lajos körút 41., Hungary; info@rackhost.hu. Rackhost acts as a processor for hosting and email operations on our behalf and as an independent controller for certain security and legal purposes of its own.
See the Rackhost data processing statement and privacy notice. Where necessary, authorised public bodies or professional advisers handling a legal claim may receive only the information required for that purpose.
6. International transfers and AI
This website does not load external AI models, social widgets, analytics or remotely hosted fonts, and does not send browsing data to AI services. The workflows shown are illustrative examples, not live AI features processing personal information.
Rackhost states that it primarily processes data within the European Economic Area. If a third-country transfer occurs, its statement sets out applicable GDPR conditions and safeguards. Contact us for further information about specific provider transfers and safeguards. We do not carry out profiling or solely automated decisions with legal effects in connection with this website.
7. Cookies and browser storage
The website does not set cookies or save information in localStorage or sessionStorage. Language selection uses links to separate pages. Read our cookie policy for details.
8. Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing. You may object to legitimate-interest processing on grounds relating to your particular situation. Portability applies where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means. If separate processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Send a request to info@metaspaceit.com or write to our registered office. We may verify your identity proportionately where necessary. We respond without undue delay, normally within one month; if an extension is justified under the GDPR, we explain it and the reason within that time.
9. Complaints and remedies
You may complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH): 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., Hungary; postal address: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9. See the NAIH contact and submission information. You may also seek a judicial remedy. Formal submissions to NAIH must follow its current filing rules.
10. Changes and legal framework
This notice is updated when website features or processing arrangements change. The main framework is Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Hungarian law.
